Candidate Success Intern (m/w/x)

You will start in one of Berlin’s hottest early stage Health/HR-tech startups with a social impact. As Candidate Success Intern you will work closely with the candidates. This enables you to work directly with the most important user group and take over responsibility in a great and inspiring work environment.

ABOUT US: Careloop is the online job platform for foreign nurses and care takers that turns the application process upside down by making German health care companies apply to candidates who are vetted by Careloop.

• Build and grow our user base by implementing user centric marketing techniques.
• Directly interact with the candidates and support them on their journey.
• Get feedback in order to improve and develop candidate success processes.
• Conduct onboarding activities including screening, profiling, support, relocation and immigration of candidates.
• Be part of the big picture: Increase Careloop’s reach through link building.
• Experience the development of our brand and be part of our growth journey.

• You are communicative, creative, flexible and like to interact with people.
• You love to be part of a team and to achieve goals and implement things together.
• Hands-on mentality is an integral part of your DNA.
• You are fluent in German and/or English. Ideally you speak an additional European or Asian language.
• First practical experience in customer service and/or care would be of great advantage.
